Follow The Blog

I will provide a steady feed of longevity science and teach you how to lengthen your health span. Some of the blogs will only educate you on the latest science in the longevity field, but most will also provide you with clear, actionable steps to improve your health and slow the aging process. Regardless of your chosen service, following the Rebranding Aging blog is a powerful way of staying engaged in your healthy aging journey. The blog will grow weekly, but there's some exciting content available right now.

Mini-Tribe Details

The concept of a Longevity Mini Tribe is designed to help you get started on Longevity Principle #1—the importance of community and support. While I will work with a group of two, I encourage you to reach out to those you care for (age 40+) and aim to have four, if not three, in your group: more support and less cost – a win-win! You do not need to be in the same house, city, or time zone. Telehealth makes all of this come together.

Consider group members who have a positive can-do attitude. Before each session, a slide deck will be emailed to all participants. If an individual slide is significant to you, such as brain health or safe estrogen metabolism, I suggest printing it for direct note-taking. Yes, everyone should ask questions and take notes. After each session, some personal recommendations will be emailed to each participant. I recommend a minimum of two weeks between sessions, as this is not just about accumulating knowledge, but also about implementing habits that slow the pace of aging.

Group Session #3: Harnessing the Nine Hallmarks of Aging (120 min)

Prerequisite - Session #2

Introduction to the Nine Hallmarks of Aging. These hallmarks represent the fundamental biological changes that occur in our bodies as we age. This is straight from the latest evidence-based research on aging and longevity. The good news is that every hallmark has specific diet, exercise, lifestyle, and supplement interventions that can slow the pace of aging! After the Hallmarks, we will discuss Lab Testing Options.
