All of those action points, along with the science, may sound like a lot, and it kind of is. My job is to personalize, simplify, and help you push buttons that have numerous health benefits. I want to educate you on what has been proven to work and what constitutes predatory health marketing. Maybe even make this FUN for you and those that you love. This is a journey, a commitment to self. Small changes over time can yield huge results.

My mission is to make things as easy and efficient as possible so that you can stay independent, vibrant, and disease-free in your later years. This is personal for me as I have spent enough hours working in ICU units, rehabilitation centers, and long-term facilities to witness the suffering and heartbreak that is a body and/or mind that no longer functions properly.

Here's how Rebranding Aging differs from most wellness programs and longevity centers.

Most of these facilities do something to you or for you. You purchase a lymphatic massage, a facial, an infrared sauna session, an IV hydration drip, a NAD infusion (which has very poor absorption, by the way), a spinal adjustment, a cold plunge, and a hot sauna. It feels great to have someone do something for you, and all of these things can offer some temporary benefits. In reality, the evidence supports that these interventions are often not frequent or comprehensive enough to improve your health trajectory. They become expensive, time and time again. Fortunately, longevity research and biological aging studies indicate that there are specific actions that, if consistently taken, can have a profound impact on reducing your biological age and, consequently, lower your risk of age-related diseases (ARDs). These interventions include a balanced diet, targeted exercises, restorative sleep, stress management, supplements that specifically address the hallmarks of aging, such as methylation, and/or correcting nutritional deficiencies.

That said, there is no proper diet, but there is a right diet for you. There is a correct exercise program for you. There are reasons why you do not sleep that differ from others. Fasting is great for some, yet also hazardous for some. In a nutshell, I educate you. I educate you through a comprehensive approach, from the basics of hydration to interpreting your third-generation epigenetic DNA methylation testing reports. This method is more sustainable, less expensive, and has better outcomes. The catch: you must learn the basics and are likely to need to make some adjustments.

Biggest Personal Turnarounds:

My mom was so annoyed when I micromanaged her grocery shopping list at the age of 12. I was reading Prevention Magazine! Mom is now annoyed, at age 82, when her supplement stack is a day late.
